Wizards, Demigods, and Superheroes

Inspired by books that litter my 7yr old son’s bed at night, this T somehow captures Harry Potter’s lightning scar, Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief, or the super speed of the Flash. Whatever he imagines, he is!

This T is made from a high quality, super soft brushed cotton knit T. It is appliquéd with a comic micro dot lightning bolt!

Whenever I sew, my kids want to know “is that for me?” I finally obliged Ethan with a lightning bolt T. He loved it! It has also been a great birthday gift for some friends. In fact my friend informed me the other day that she can barely get her son to part with his so she could wash it. High compliment indeed!!

 

I love the simplicity. It is kind of like those cardboard boxes that kids love to place with because so much is left to the imagination!

A little makeover!

I love how one idea can inspire you to another.

I love crayon and marker roll ups. They are fabric cases to hold your little one’s creative tools. They are perfect to have when you need to keep your children occupied in the car or when you have to go to the Dr.’s office or a restaurant. I love to these for birthday gifts, Easter baskets. My older daughters loved these and wanted to give them as a gift but they wanted something that was more age appropriate So I took the “Crayon roll and with a few adjustments to my design and created the “Makeup Brush Roll”.

This Makeup Roll was for Sydney who looooved it! Yeah!

Of course then my Sara wanted one.

I decided to add some of these to my shop.

The brushes are especially adorable in this set!
